St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner. What better way to celebrate than with this cute and easy craft. This leprechaun mask is the perfect easy DIY project for your kids. They will love dressing up as a leprechaun for the day!

We love doing crafts at our house. I think it’s especially fun for all the holidays. Grayson is at an age where he really enjoys helping me put together these DIY projects. I hope your little one likes this St. Patrick’s Day craft too!
Materials Needed for St. Patrick’s Day Craft:
–Leprechaun Hat and Beard Printables
–Glue Stick or Glue
–Scissors
–Colored Construction Paper (green, black, orange, and yellow)
–Markers or Colors

Directions for St. Patrick’s Day Craft:
Cut out all of the pieces from the leprechaun face template. I have created this project to use in two different ways.
You can either have your child color the hat that is already assembled, or you can trace the pieces onto the corresponding colors of construction paper.
My son is three, so I traced most of the pieces for him to save time and then let him color the clover green.

Assemble the pieces of the hat with glue. This is a great job for your little one to help you with!

Use the green construction paper to cut two long strips that will serve as the headband for the hat. You just need to measure it around your child’s head to get the correct size. Then, tape or glue it to the correct circumference.

Attach the beard and hat to the headband. You now have a cute leprechaun face for your little one to wear on St. Patrick’s Day!

I hope your little one loves making this St. Patrick’s Day craft as much as mine did! You can find even more crafts and activities for your little one here.
