This weekend we took a road trip to West Monroe to visit family and attend the St. Francis Pumpkin Patch. This was something that was on our #fallbucketlist, and it was a great weekend!

The pumpkin patch was awesome! There was so much for the kids to do, and Grayson especially had so much fun running around and participating in all the activities. The first thing we did was find the perfect pumpkin. Grayson thought it was his duty to stand up every pumpkin that had fallen over so the it would not have a “bo-bo.” We got 2 great pumpkins that we can’t wait to carve next weekend!
One of the best parts of the pumpkin patch was the petting zoo and pony rides. Grayson LOVES animals so we knew he would enjoy this; His favorite was the alligator! He was a little apprehensive about the pony ride, but with daddy next to him, he warmed up and ended up having fun.
All around the pumpkin patch were areas set up to take photos. We did our best to capture a few pictures of the kids, but these days that’s pretty difficult! There was a bouncy house, lots of games and face painting too. We couldn’t convince Grayson to get his fact painted though! Although Audrey was too little to know what was going on, she sure did look pretty in her pumpkin dress:) It definitely was a fun-filled day and lots of memories were made!
