a little more about me?

I’m a 36 year old wife and work from home mama who was born and raised in South Louisiana. I’m married to my best friend and we live in the Baton Rouge area.

We have a three kids together (5, 3, and 1) and I’m so lucky to also have a 16-year old stepson who is the best big brother in the world.

I started my blog and Instagram page in 2019 after having my second baby. I was a working mom with two under two, looking for a creative outlet. My goal was to build a safe and welcoming community where moms could come to share the ups and downs of motherhood.

In 2021, after having our 3rd baby, I decided to leave the classroom for a while to stay home with our babies. While being a stay at home mom isn't the most glamorous job, it was the best decision for our family, and I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to be with my kids so much.

My blog has been growing slow and steady ever since. It's hard work and takes passion and dedication, but I'm so proud of how far I've come. The best part is the amazing moms I've met along the way.

With four kids so spread out in age and and a blog to manage, life tends to get chaotic. No matter what though, family comes first.

Follow along as I share our journey as a family of 6, along with some tips and tricks of how I do my best to organize the chaos!

Fun Facts about ME!

I'm a true Louisiana girl. I grew up hunting, fishing and frogging and of course cheering for LSU...#geauxtigers!
Despite popular opinion, country music is my favorite.
My undergrad is in Public Relations. I went back for my Masters in Teaching, but currently stay at home with our kiddos.
In my "free time" I enjoy reading, cooking, organizing and binge watching TV shows...while drinking wine:)
