I don’t know about you, but breakfast time at our house is nothing short of a circus. Between trying to get five people dressed and ready, to feeding the kiddos a (hopefully) nutritious breakfast, it’s sometimes a struggle to get out of the door on time. Today I’m sharing 5 easy breakfast ideas for toddlers that you can prep in advance.

Dash Mini Waffle Sticks

I recently jumped on board the Dash train and purchased the mini waffle stick maker. It is the cutest little kitchen gadget that takes up practically no space in the cabinet. My kids have been LOVING the bite-sized portions, especially because they are easy to grab and go!

A group of us is currently hosting a giveaway for a Dash product over on Instagram, so make sure you head over there to enter!
Peanut Butter and Jelly Uncrustable

My kids love PB and J sandwiches so we often let them have them for breakfast. I’ve been trying to add in sliced up bananas, so they get a little fruit, too.
I love using this cut n seal tool from the pampered chef to make them like an Uncrustable. This is such an easy breakfast to make the night before and zap in the microwave for a few seconds. If your child is older, you can also take it on the go. Just be careful with the little ones that they don’t choke!

Breakfast Quesadilla
I’m sure you’ve seen the craze of this new tortilla folding hack going around the internet recently. I thought it was a brilliant way to make a quesadilla even more manageable for kids.

We’ve been making these breakfast quesadillas lately that Grayson LOVES! These are so great because you can customize them to your liking. For him, I just put scrambled eggs, sliced cheddar cheese, and a slice of turkey bacon.
Smoothie
Another super easy go-to that you can prep ahead of time is a smoothie. Both of my kids love smoothies, and I love them, too, because they are filled with fruits and veggies (I usually try to sneak in some spinach.)
I always use my Magic Bullet to whip up a quick smoothie. One trick is to prep the bags with the ingredients in advance to make the process even faster. Smoothies are great because they are so customizable. Here are some of my favorite things to add to my kids’ smoothies:
Yogurt/Milk
Bananas
Berries
Peanut Butter
Cocoa Powder
Spinach
Egg Bites

I recently got an Instant Pot for Christmas. I’m not going to lie, it’s a little intimidating. The first thing that I made in it were these egg bites. It took me two tries, but now that I’ve gotten the hang of it they are so quick and easy!
I bought this two-pack of silicon molds from Amazon and used a variation of this recipe. They came out great! Not only did my kids love them, but I brought them to work every day for my breakfast, too!
I hope you like these 5 easy breakfast ideas for toddlers. If you try any of them out, I’d love to see them on Instagram. Don’t forget to enter the giveaway!
